Then let's compare with our neighbour TZ whose president travels at times on commercial flights and interacts with ordinary folks.
The current trip by Ruto is wasteful to say the least. Let's not even get into the delegation which might make you think it's a family and friends affair or the silly posts the said delegation has been posting as if they're on a field trip.
