Sign Up:

On the homepage or app, select the “Sign Up” or "Register" option.

You will be prompted to provide your personal details, such as:

Full Name

National ID Number

Mobile Number

Email Address

Next of Kin (for emergency contact)

Other required information such as date of birth and gender

Create a Password:

Create a secure password for your account to protect your personal health information.

Verification:

You will receive a verification code via SMS or email. Enter the code in the required field to verify your account.

Complete the Profile:
