For executive roles, a degree for me is a must. We can't be having any other ruffian contesting and holding the strings of ultimate power. From there is it is a choice of integrity, temperament and competency. Hapa ndio hatujaweza juu ata watu 'wamesoma' don't pass the second criteria.

Imagine in kenya bill Gates, Elon musk and Steve jobs would not be qualified to run for a mere governor seat

Why do we need them if you can get one from a degree mill? Alafu prince of darkness declares in a policcal rally. .. "si mnajua jameni huyu hustler ana degree"....
