Land Grabber A
A land grabber wakes up in the morning and decides to take a walk just like a normal mzee would do, the vicinity in which he is taking his "stroll" is a very lucrative area whereby a plot ( 50 × 100 ) goes for around 10 million ...
As he is taking the walk he takes quick notes of empty plots that look abandoned , without fences at some point he even finds a herdsman grazing his cattle in one he engages the man in some chit chat the herdsman unknowingly discloses the history of the land to the man, the man leaves and continues with his walk as if he was just a normal passer by but marks the land , he then continues with his stroll taking note of other potential lands to grab.
He completes his walk goes back to the house where he has a number of land map copies of the area , checks them out pinpoint the land of interest, takes the LR No and then all he has to do is call his guy at the land's office and tells him to do a search of the land.
If the guy at the lands office finds out that the particular land lacks a title deed and only has an allotment letter then it's easy job for them they will just have to look for a proxy friend of theirs ....
This proxy friend will have to apply for a new allotment which will be issued within no time due to their connected network at the Lands office then the guy will be given a title deed and the land will be sold to a unknowingly buyer without the original owner ever knowing.
What if the land has a title deed will the grabbers be able to steal a land with a title deed ? Well YES if the land is worth more than 100 million why not steal it
First of all they are going to find a man who they can easily manipulate , preferably some old miserable man with more that two wives and a dozen mouths to feed ...
These kind of people are easy to fall prey into the hands of grabbers as they will be promised about 5 million to conduct the land heist , the old man will be told as soon as he gets his 5 million him and his family are to relocate out of the country preferably to Uganda, Congo or Burundi.
The man then is taken to the immigration office where a corrupt immigration officer will process a new Identification card for him or even do some identity theft on the original owner of the land.
A fake title deed and all the necessary documents will then be processed by the lands corrupt department "Cartels " whereby the new owner of the land will be given the documents and then through a chain of brokers the owner will be presented to the buyer and the business will be transacted successfully, all the involved parties will get their share of the land loot without even the knowledge of the original land buyer by the time the land owner discovers that his land has been grabbed the fake owner will be long gone.

Ever heard of a bank being conned millions of money into giving loan to a farmer who showcases his land plus original title deeds as security ? Welcome to Kenya my fren!
On a Bright Monday morning an old man of about 60 years walks into a bank and request to see the bank manager, he is quickly ushered into the bank and after some introduction he informs the bank manager the main purpose for his visit.
He wants the bank the grant him with a loan of about 300 million shillings the security of this particular loan will be his 500 acre piece of land located somewhere in the very fertile and highly productive region of Rift Valley.
The bank manager tells him to prepare the necessary documents for the said land as he too has to enquire with his superiors , the man agrees and they agree to meet after a week in which the man will show will be able to give the bank manager a tour of this said land.
Unknown to the bank manager the old man is a witty con artist who is in liase with corrupt land officials , immigration officials and one wealthy land owner.
After a week they meet up and the old man takes the young bank manager to his land, the bank manager happy that he is about to make the bank some good is so blinded and at the same time fascinated by the piece of land.
After a quick check of the land, the land title deed and documentation the old man who had opened a bank account with the said bank about a year ago and has been making some good looking transactions at the bank granted a 300 million loan.
These con artist are so witty and daring they can even take a loan on the machinery at the land plus the land they will present log books , purchase receipts just to milk the bank dry.
The old man in liase with the cartel will then start buying machineries, farm products and re-selling them just to make a profit using the bank loan lended to them until they make sure they have used up all the bank money , they will equally share the loot and dissapear.
The bank will wait on the man to start making his payment but to no avail they will then decide to give him a call but the man's phone will be off after a few months they will decide to check up on the man at his farm only to be met by the real owner of the land.
The owner will deny any knowledge of knowing what the bank is talking about and after some confrontation the bank will decide to check up with the land's office only to be met by new faces at the lands office and told that the documents they have in possession are fake.
To protect their reputation the bank will have to accept their loss in silence, the bank manager will loose his job but if you are keen enough usually these con guys have someone at the bank too , hivi ndio watu wanaomoka hii Kenya buana.
Hadi ID hao huambiwa ni fake it's like the old man was a ghost, one funny thing you will never see these land grabbers driving posh cars they never dine in posh areas, their lifestyle totally different from the amount of money they have but trust me they are rich and wealthy asf.
