on Crunchbase they have funding of almost 300Million

With such funding will they be able to turn a profit anytime soon or in future or that's money down the drain for another startup?

This is an investment like any other, where the breakeven point could be five, ten or twenty years down the line.

Who is funding them ?

Hizi investments si zile social enterprise, instead of funding NGOs they fund "businesses" with some supposed social good and those businesses are not really expected to turn a profit

-career coaching
-headhunting
-CV writing.

Just consider this. If I contract Fuzu to get me a suitable candidate for a position worth 100k per month, I pay them 100k.

I believe it's a kind of model where you first invest, wait for the user base to grow plus site becomes popular, then monetize it, get back your ROI. Kind of like the direction reddit took.

How can such a site be monetized? Ads? Sell data?

You start it like a "free" service. People like free, so the user base grows. When it becomes popular, you will get investors ready to put their money on the table. Freemium model.

Reddit barely has competitors. Fuzu has several, how will they ensure that they are unique?
Be patient enough and keep it actually free until it becomes a household name. Majority of the competitors will prematurely try to start charging, mara 100 Bob for an applicant to get premium job postings, or 12k for an employer to get super CVs.

..And then they will introduce a subscription model to the employers to be premium, and the employees to have super CVs. Fails mapema.
