Kama hamututaki we the hasslers, tuueni na marisasi ,bombs or even nuke us with our families badala ya starving us.

It's not flimsy. That lady could be @Karma_mama while on a holiday in vumbistan.. Let's create an orderly society.

You never know when you'll be on the receiving end. And the police have clearly said deliveries guys have nothing to fear as they're not boda bodas.

I disagree. Those thugs are misusing the hustler narrative.
That could have been my bae.
Or a bae of a fellow Klister. Slay queens and all women need protection.

Lakini hata wewe unajua what police say and what police understand are two different things. Hii ni namna ya kunyanyasa waegeza piki piki.

Anyway, mtu wa nyama/deliveries asiguzwe lakini boda wafinywe makende kabisa.

I think what honourable senator meant was even the motorcycle operators such as delivery guys and private motorcyclists have been caught up in these shenanigans even though they are in compliance. I have a few friends whose bikes are impounded even though they have met all requirements. It's the usual story of refusing to part with a bribe that has seen them face trumped up charges.

Unaona nugu inawacha barabara to come and hoot at you on a frigging FOOTPATH. They're hasslers indeed good in hassling and vexing all the other road users.
