An attempt to amend the constitution cannot be unconstitutional. It is a right and provided for in the Constitution.
Edit: To block such an an attempt on grounds that it is unconstitutional is a denial of the right and therefore unconstitional. Ponder that.

It's not the amendment that is illegal, it's the procedure to amend

The constitution lays out a clearly defined procedure, the IEBC has clearly defined procedural processes in law and fact.

Or do you think the constitution is a list of suggestions?

You can't use an unconstitutional process to amend a constitution. The constitution has laid out a clear framework for the undertaking

Before a popular initiative gets to Wanjiku, it MUST first satisfy constitutional criteria and legal thresholds

That is what constitutionalism is...

The powers bequeathed upon the Judiciary by Wanjiku gives them the right and duty to play guardian over Wanjikus constitution and keep it from being flagrantly disobeyed

Been trying to say this for the longest time. All arms of kafmen are meant to protect Wanjiku...but again this is Kenya!

Leave lawyering and judging to lawyers and judges. Your argument is akin to saying that a thief is innocent because hunger is real.
