In the Turkish province of Istanbul, young children stepped alone into an elevator to go home. One of the children had a lanyard around his neck, part of which was left outside during the lift. The tragedy was avoided thanks to the boy's sister, who was able to get her bearings in time.
The girl had time to think and press the emergency door button, she supported her brother's legs. The sister's quick reaction saved the boy's life.
