This line is already old and overused man. Kenyan family has an average of 4 kids. People are learning. In the next generation, I forsee a family having a max of 2. At least you'd have said Kenyans depend on small number of people who pay taxes. So if you dont pay taxes, dont expect anythin in return. Period

I agree that the population growth has started to slow, but demographics are like a huge oil tanker; it takes time to turn around. So, for Kenya, we will start seeing the benefits of this slowing down 30-50 years from now. But when you have 16m kids between Std 1 and Form 4, just know we're ferked.

The country is ferked on population growth by these hare brained, short sighted, thieves we call politicians. Watu wanaambiwa wazaane kama panya so that their 'tribes' can get a 'bigger share' of 'free things' from the government!

Our newspapers and media hiuses are truly a useless lot.
I don't encourage over focus on corona but atleast tale a break from politics and having politicians faces on newspapers.
They should have headlines like how will the govt feed its people considering lost incomes....
Anyways stories and headlines are bought.
