What if the person who found the phone was travelling somewhere far, for instance? I think leaving it in the Police Station makes good sense.
 
You may be good but the police you gave it to,might not be that good.
Even if the owner goes to the police station that phone was left at, There is no way police will just hand it over, he will have to bribe them with an amount half the price of the phone to get it

Kuna ingine niliokota about two weeks ina simcard ya airtel. No one has ever called
