I don't even have to watch this video with audio on to know what it is about. Marketing. People in the US have been convinced that if a product has blemishes then it is organic. For some reason it is more expensive yet fewer inputs go into producing it. Maybe economies of scale is a factor.

There is no difference from the vegeterian marketing fad.

Organic means no chemical inputs like fertiliser and unnatural pesticide. It means growing food using manure and applying natural methods to control plant pest and diseases. The produce is little and sometimes with marks of pest attack, but with no chemical residual in it
