And that's the greatest worry. It means if there is a serious breakout like in Italy, we got no way to control it. Our health system cant even contain hundreds, what about thousands which can hit millions? Death rate definitely would be more than 10%

Personally, I think this covid-19 here in Africa will not be a serious problem. Look at Naija for example, with all their shortcomings not forgetting an ongoing epidemic of another disease, only 2 cases of covid-19 have been reported.
