Ati? Did Magutu ever use that route. Hata Nairobi hazikuwa 'zinakanyanga'
Route ilikuwa Karatina-Nyeri-Nyahuru-Nakuru-Eldoret-Kitale-Kapenguria or Lodwar whichever comes first.

But again,maybe they did. I can not argue about that. Being an ancient one,you might know much more than I.

There were two buses between nyahururu and Nairobi in the 90s. One was Rural, the other was Magutu. I was schooling in nyahururu. One closing day I rushed to catch a bus (was charging 80bob for students) but I found the bus leaving when I got to the bus stop. Tried stopping it but it went away. I boarded Rural and we left shortly afterwards. Kufika gilgil tukapata hio accident.

I have always learnt to appreciate all situations ever since.

Nairobi - Thika was Sh7.00 , Machakos bus stop to Banana Sh 3.00,first bus to have TV screen. @Aviator , that nigga in Savco was a killer to young school girls, from Senior Chief Koinange
