High Court has frozen more than Sh. 200 million belonging to Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua pending a petition by the Assets Recovery Agency for the money to be forfeited to the government.
The funds, believed to be proceeds from complex money laundering schemes, are payments to companies associated with the legislator and which emanated from government agencies.
