Intolerance to sound, as portrayed by the kid muffing his ears with his hands.

Is it not entirely possible that a "normal" kid would do this in a loud place? Wouldnt a kid do this if they had an ear-ache? Or playing around and making faces?
What i am getting at is that there are a plethora of reasons this kid could be making these faces or behaving this way upto and including just being a kid.
To say it is either adhd or autism without a personal physical examination of the kid, not to mention the expertise of the subject (of which i dont know if you have but wouldn't matter regardless) and to arrive at such a conclusion based on a picture is boneheaded.
