How do you figure these are the only options? Especially From photos only?
Young boys will be young boys, regardless of who their parents are. Trying to keep them still during what they find a long and boring activity is an almost impossible task, like herding cats. Lakini hata afadhali the guess of autism sasa wa inbreeding ameanza wapi?

Hakuna mtu anaweza chuna huyo mtoto into his senses?. My cousins, siblings and i never had such behaviours in public especially around our grandmother. Hakua anapenda aibu ndogo ndogo. Anakuchuna vibaya sana and your mother also gets a lecture on the spot... i used to hear alikua mkali sana when raising our parents.

At least for inbreeding there is some historical evidence of royal houses marrying each other to strengthen alliances. But the person being married was a cousin or niece etc.
But i dont see how anyone is going to make a psychological diagnosis from 3 pictures. Its like looking at this picture and saying the kid has a speech and learning disability

Kids will always be kid. Idiots will alway hate juu ya wivu. It’s understandable though coz most Africans are disciplined when they try to express themselves.
