Ingekuwa kila amendment iko na kura yake..Si kutulazimisha kukubali au kukataa kila kitu.

I would vote for reverting health services and agriculture to national govt, lakini ujinga wa kuongeza PM na sijui regional govt na nominated MP wapeleke mbali.

He isn't clean. The problem the office of the president did was trying to taint him with every scandal yet they were also in it. To my opinion, he had really tried to protect them only to be told to carry his own cross.

The national government wasnt doing a great job on health and agriculture before the advent of devolution, what we need now isnt new laws, we need a national stakeholders forum starting from the counties and culminating in a national summit forum wherhealthcare lders get to chart a way forward in terms of what is needed to provide both accesuble and affordable high quality healthcarservices.
 
And someone wants to convince me that the problem is the colonial system that we inherited. Africans; majority are useless human beings. You will find a fully grown adult supporting this nonsense. We are a small country with meagre resources and we want to have the entire adult population as MPs. We also want to have an executive body that far outnumbers that of countries four times our geographic size and economic capacity.
The British should've let us continue wearing loin clothes and living in our villages because clearly education and the wisdom of our forefathers is lost to us.
The common mwananchi will be bankrolling the Kenyatta, Raila, Kalonzo, Mudavadi, Koinange, Moi, Njonjo, Ndegwa, Joho etcetera families?

If we elect 290 MPs then we add the number to 450 through nominations and we fail to attain the gender balance do we go back and nominate others or it will be a deadlock
