Ni kubaya Wazeiya..... economy is really hurting, fuelled by drought. Kwa kalocal bar customers hakuna pwana.... many don't have disposable income.
It's the highest time we stop relying on rainfend agriculture and invest in irrigation....we pause on other infrastructure and embark on laying pipes.
