Yes huyo alikua moto ya kuotea mbali.
So it was widely whispered. Folks were not brave enough though for fear of repercussions and reprisals should they be traced as the sources of the rumours.

It is at such times that we get encouragement and enlightenment from:

1 Timothy 6 - 10:

6But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. 10For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

A Very evil soul. You can't even imagine he went through interviews to rise to the rank of DIG. With the likes of him holding such an important post, it's easy to describe police as organized criminals.
Kindly tell us about Kings' evils. I've known the dude for nearly 30 years. And the truth is he wasn't a mbirrionea...

I've known the dude for nearly 30 years. And the truth is he knows how to hide his wealth, even from his friends.
Fixed!
Those allegations of owning apartments in Nairobi, beach property, etc were all true. Only that, he was bigger than the interviewers so no follow-up was done.
