So your solution to 'unshackling` the presidency is' shackling' the judiciary?

Please don't put words in my mouth. However, how is opening an avenue through which we can complain about the judiciary shackling it? Are they above reproach, like God?

The former CJ raises a very important issue, this is not a new problem, it was there in 2015 and a resolution reached, questions should be asked of a President who refuses to operate within a framework he had a hand in creating and instead occasions a constitutional crisis.
