Foreign content creators in kenya - immigration status

Just curious what is their immigration status in Kenya? I know in some countries you need some sort of work permit, since many have monetised YouTube/tiktok/Instagram etc. Some also are paid for product placement and advertising. They are so many in Kenya now. Kiulizo tu

I think the world system is yet to comprehend how to handle this situation. Btw, it's not unique to Kenya.

GOK immigration officials go after such creators, and get paid directly by the creators

Check other countries, work permit is a must for foreigners in that industry.
We have a research department in parliament they're supposed to help legislators craft such laws in kenya .But if we only employ from a limited pool of connected individuals you might miss out the best .That's why private entities have the hybrid model where we have the connected probably a few and the workers to sweat for their living by giving their best input.
