Money comes and goes buddy, mtu akikataa kurudisha pesa zisizo zake, where do you start the case?
If the laws exist to deal with such issues one can follow up, kama vile hio 200k,mtu unaweza chase kortini..
 
I have sent money to the wrong number once , hakukua na cha reversing back then and I didn't notice because the recipient s name and the intended recipient's name were similar, when i so the name x i didn't pay attention, only for the guy to call me and ask why I am sending him money , I said its a mistake he sent it back .

This biashara of fuliza ' eating' mistakenly sent moneys ... Safcom should do something about it
 
Can’t a case be made that also sufferingcon should also refund the fuliza they recover from erroneously sent money?!?!

Safaricom is not in the business of recovering money sent by mistake.
A lawyer would argue that.
