Good ideas to enhance local productions and seems quite practical. I think we can borrow something from those laws instead of mentioning imaginary billions.
We always have very good paper plans but the problem arises in execution because of corruption and vested interests. Even the president acknowledged money set aside for the vulnerable people isn't getting to them. Watu wanakula tu, huwezi ulizwa

This looks and feels like a Mugabe move when he annexed white owned farms, might be good on paper, lakini kwa ground unworkable. Unless the said enterprises are majorly owned by locals as per now, it will be just a case of knocking out foreogn competition 'ala' chinaman.

If they were serious, they should have kicked out the big companies mining diamonds, copper, gold, nickel among others.
But the shaina man is on the bullseye hapa

What is different here is that there is policy backing the proclamations. Uhuru aniwikanga like a senile jogoo about imaginary billions going wherever and kazi kwa vijana with no structure at all. Everything is informal and that is why pesa inamea miguu. Fuak wanjohi.
