The few demolitions are supposed to serve as live examples of what will happen to those who want resist. That said, the bigger question should be; how did Portland Cement acquire the land and for what purposes? They most likely got it as a free allocation for industrial purposes. And given that the land was never used for the intended purposes, it should have been reallocated to people in need of land. What we are witnessing here is the same problem bedeviling the country; land hoarding while millions of people need it. Portland Cement should not be able sell land since they are not in the business of selling land.

WSR is on record akisema if theres sbd occupying contested public land, there should be an agreement on wether there's a compensation or paying for the said land and the matter is sorted.
