Dr laban kiptoo

Watched the news piece and felt truly sad for the family. They struggled in educating the young man and just after he had completed the seven years in campo, his life got snuffed out just like that.
The macabre killings of late are getting out of hand. I hope the culprits are apprehended.

Very sad, i'm farmiliar with the topograpy of the hospital, i'm wondering how no one saw anything or heard commotions , it's a very open area, that hospital is usually very busy, you can't miss people streaming in all over any time .
