So the judge who also declared Gachagua is a thief in the 200M case was also pressured? Maffi sana DPP. I know izo cases zote had merit, only that Uhuru never preferred charges on aziminiot thieves.

They're setting a very bad precedent that will haunt Kenya for the years to come. Let everyone including chicken thieves cases be reviewed then. If DCI was that dirty, changing leadership won't help. They employ fresh ones

If he charged people coz of pressure, I guess it's time he should also quit. Ata kinoti si tuseme ilikuwa pressure?

Who's to say he's not being pressured now by the new sheriffs in town to sanitize them?

Bure sana huyu DPP. He too should resign. He is now pointing fingers, which will lead to an erosion of public trust by the ordinary citizen that lacks that high level access.

This sets a bad precedent, which will mean in future with any new administration there will be this "sanitization" of these mega thieves in government.

Exactly. Huku standards znakuanga kwa pits. Someone confess openly that he charged people unlawfully and idiots are clapping to justify nonsense.
