DPP Haji 1 year after he was appointed

DPP is no more than a slay queen. Read up his appointment to understand. he wasnt the sharpest tool in the shed but was appointed anyway. Angewekwa kwa mizani angetokea wa mwisho kwa interview. What was his biggest achievement before this appointment na usilete upuss eti it is classified since he is ex-NIS.
 
With all honesty , whether he is always frustrated by Judiciary or not, don't expect much from him because he will always be arm twisted considering that his father is a beneficiary of corruption. His father once owned the current land where controversial Weston hotel sits. KAA land. But anyway, let him wheel his years in the helm. Remember we still had others like Philip Murgor who were also busy bodies

What source evidence do you want to know that there was no case from the word go?

Indeed, for months, OCP Kenya insisted that its commodity be retested after Kenyan authorities alleged that it was contaminated or substandard. The decision was taken after the Moroccan exporter refused the results of the first tests conducted in June 2018, arguing that they «were conducted by a multi-agency team in the absence of the accused persons and that this violated their rights».

However, the retesting has never taken place. As previously reported by Yabiladi, the order to retest OCP’s fertilizer was issued in January 2019, but the collection of french samples was delayed several times.

The DPP who chooses to prosecute cases in a court of public opinion knows his evidence cant stand in any court of law. That is what he has been doing....and we'll never have the big fish who is prosecuted in twitter jailed. Wana mutheri
 
I can see the govt adherents trying to blame the judiciary fir taking long. Those judges have a lot of workload on their hands. When JSC forwarded the names of judges to jameson for appointment, si amekataa akipeana funny reasons? What do you expecti?
