DPP Haji 1 year after he was appointed

DPP Haji was appointed by Uhuru March 13, 2019.
According to Stranded Newspaper his salary is between Kshs 676, 824 and Kshs 902,432. Minimum and maximum.

His success in leading a robust prosecution team is very wanting. Not a single major conviction. Even in a case where the top suspect confessed to the crime. Josephine Kabura confessed on stealing NYS money but has never been charged by former DPP Keriako Tobiko or current DPP Noordin Haji.
Even George Kinoti is not happy with him.

Why hasn't he convicted any big fish, including those convicted in other jurisdictions? He could just borrow evidence.

It seems DPP can't seem to successfully prosecute any major cases. Makes Kenyans wonder what is going on.
This DPP was appointed midway through the term of Keriako Tobiko and that is why Tobiko had to be offered the cabinet position to agree to step down. So 1 year on the guy has achieved very little success.
