There is a reason even the judges referred to BBI as a poisoned chalice. Ni kama kuambia a thirsty man in the desert, kunywa hii maji but iko na poison ndani. That was the intention of BBI. Which means, once they got their expanded executive these other sweeteners would not even have even been implemented or legislated upon.
