In computing, everything is represented as a 1 or a 0. It's a binary kind of thinking. Everything is either off or on. When you change the status of an individual switch we say that you have flipped it.

Bozos are those jokers that can never be taken seriously. People who have a say but can be disregarded. They are clowns.

When you flip a Bozo bit, you refuse to listen to what they have to say. You ignore them or even get condescending. @Ngimanene na Muchere and @Denis Young I will need to be more schooled in what younger people are thinking.
