Ps Kibicho suggests that new police recruits should consider the graduates.Do you think this move will end police brutality and extra judicial killings that have been seen in the past?
 
He was not talking about rank and file officers but police commanders and specialists in the DCI. You'd be surprised many guys on the forces have serious training and education but those are not the uniformed ones on the street. A cop with a BA in Criminology hawezi kubali kusimama kwa roadblock in the hot sun collecting bribes for his boss or pick rotten corpses out of ditches for a paltry 10k p.m. These are things only a D minus will do without question.

Hao ni wale lawyers wa KIU and Busoga universities in Uganda, unamaliza course lakini kuingia KSL ni noma.
