During 2016 campaign, Trump said they were are creation of Obama and Clinton, which is true. I'd also add they are closely related to mossad. They do all the dirty work in the middle east. They even apologized for attacking israel.

It may have been carried out by ISIS, but the facilitator is most likely Ukraine. That might explain why Ukraine was quick to blame the attack on Russia. But the truth will come out since some of the perpetrators were captured intact.
I don't believe govts. How do you arrest someone armed? A jihadist who's ready to shoot at anyone in sight?

When faced with a crowd, you can only shoot so many people before one jumps on you. Actually one terrorist was overpowered by a citizen. If you held a gun surrounded by 10 people at close range, you will only manage to shoot one before the others get you. That is why even policemen, when confronted by crowds, will prefer to scare them away rather than shoot at them.
