Please do tell what is complicated to about compiling a murder file for a murder done by a rich politician eg obado compared to a murder committed by a poor person since those done by the poor seems to have no issues getting conviction. Yes there are issues at judiciary but there are also issues if deliberate evedence tampering or weak evidence provision by a compromised investigation
