They know, even the local communities know it as well....the closest they have come to an curbing the activity is for the community to call the chief and/or police if they notice a vehicle pass by at odd times of the night, the last time a body was disposed there was in 2019

999, 112 and 911 all work but when you sms 988 the sms is forwarded to the heads of units in the multiagency team in the area without details of the sender while the officers are later expected to report on the action they took.
