True that.
But a charge of defilement and rape (statutory rape due to her being a minor and not able to have consensual sex) will still proceed.

Mind you it is not a crime to impregnate someone. Becoming pregnant only serves as evidence of rape or defilement.
Furthermore all the law can do to the culprit for impregnating is force them to support the upbringing of his offspring.

That may be so @It's Me Scumbag. But that does not negate the fact that he took advantage, most likely by unorthodox enticement, of some impressionable Girl four times younger than himself. When the said Girl was born the Guy was 43 years old. Look at those maths...

Anyway, like we Greeks are apt to say, “murio nduninaga ng’aragu”. I won’t attempt to translate as I am sure you are more proficient at that. But the fact remains that some pleasures are not worth pursuing as they can, very quickly and rapidly, bring about life-changing consequences.
