Transport CS James Macharia says the Government plans to upgrade 408km of roads in Nairobi’s informal settlements and high-density areas to bitumen standards.
The areas to be covered include Kibra, Mukuru, Mathare, Dagoretti, Dandora, Githurai, Korogocho/Ngomongo, Kasarani and Roysambu.

Macharia has an acute inability of following through his projects
 
How Eastern Bypass was designed to be a dual carriage way but built to the spectacle it is today only this guy can tell us.

Eng. Kamau alikula na spade. But the projects during his tenure were well designed si kama hii ukalulu ya Outering Rd.
