Almost every Saturday morning between 3 and 4 am,on Mombasa Road,when going to work,we used to meet drunk drivers going the wrong way from Choma Zone. Mpaka tukachange route tukaanza kutumia Jogoo Road.

dangerous driving ni automatic ban ya atleast 12 months.. followed by an extended driving test.. and btw you are right.. on the same road a few months ago.. jamaa doing 160kph on the wrong side killed himself 2 others in his car.. and an innocent woman

It's not enforced. Almost all traffic stops for matatu drivers are bribe taking stops. Private motorists don't get stopped that often (drivers of problem-boxes not counted
). I rarely get asked to produce the drivers license even when I'm stopped. Cops just check insurance, tyres na pengine lights and then flag me off.
