Covid-19 PCR Certificate

My destination requires me to present results not older than 48hours.
The hospital here says results take 24-48hrs.
The journey is 9hrs.
How do I ensure that my certificate isn't expired before I reach the destination?
 
Which hospital is this?
Those timings are too long for a pcr result, last I took one it said the results would be available within 8 to 12hrs. This wasn't in Kenya though.
Try find other hospitals that could be specializing more on pcr tests.

Meditest are talking of 24hrs.
 
Take 2 tests. E.g take a test today, then take a another one when you go to collect the first one. Then start the journey with the results of the first test. By the time you complete the journey, The 2nd one will have been emailed to you.
