Covid-19 Bonanza

Question is, did they deliver or not?
The issue of the pricing is neither here nor there. In many cases, pricing is weighted at 30% while technical capability accounts for 70%.
And capability can be proven through many ways, eg qualifications of the staff/experience, fatness of bank account, reputation of directors, etc.
So, let's not demonize new companies. Am sure none of the old companies has had an experience supplying corona supplies/equipment. So it was a neutral ground.
You are not very bright are you? How can price not be an issue where money has to be paid out? Price is never an issue if what is to be a acquired will not be done so at any cost to the acquirer.
If you are given 2 shillings to buy bread and unga and you opt to buy bread and inflate the price such that unga cannot be purchased unless you borrow money or ask for additional money from a tight budget of 4 shillings, how much do you have left for other basic needs?
There's something called 'value for money'. Please look it up!

You arent any bright either. You missed the whole point.
There is a big difference between buying unga from a kiosk, and procuring through a tender. Just stick to your kiosk mentality and avoid participation in discussions that touch on procurement. Its too complex for you to understand.
