People should learn to defy stupid orders like that one, just say you cannot pay, with depressed revenues the hospital will have to release him.

During my student year I used to be sick all the time only to realize I had to do a minor surgery. I was slapped with a bill of 2.4m. I just told them I'm an international student and no job. Boom a charity took care of it . Now in our land kenya dont expect such a friendly gesture
 
I too honestly think that people who innocently contracted the virus should not be made to pay. Or people who found themselves in quarantine for reasons beyond their control.

how do you differenciate vinyangarika na the innocent.
