the easiest solution is to convert all boarding schools to day schools and have admission same as for primary. one can enroll at the nearest school or any school they choose.
remove National or county..... schools and have all as secondary schools.
but Mzito fronted the same, and the cartels, private school owners, and even us parents refused his proposal.
lets be careful we don't eat ourselves. (but we have started since most positions are held by people not qualified and we complain everyday about unprofessionalism in those positions)
