The chapters of particular interest as it appertains to our great republic are those on Ecuador.
There are glaring similarities when it comes to all the major mega-projects undertaken in the last 10 years (SGR, Huduma number, the many expressways).
And the perennial problems impacting the parastatals (Kenya Power, KQ, Mumias etc)
And the pending default on the many loans underwritten by this administration.
And lastly the fact that we are spending a large part of our GDP servicing this debt.
I leave this to your interpretations esteemed listers.
