A client and a doctor friend of mine, a researcher who works for MSF told me last week that Covid virus can survive in frozen conditions for quite sometime.... Hizo chakula kwa freezer yes.. Hizo.

Food safety certification has always been the responsibility of the importer...but I guess it would just be one more test just like those for aflatoxin and salmonella.
