Chelsea need to replace Lampard with an experienced manager or a big name coach if they want to attract the best players to stamford bridge. I said big name coach or at least an experienced manager of which lampard and solskjaer aint. Lampards only previous coaching experience was one season with derby county. Why would a talented player risk his developmental growth playing for a manager that cannot guarantee he will develop his game. This is also why pogba wants to leave man utd but he will not say it. Big name coaches are many with the likes of benitez, ancelotti, simeone, conte, martinez, deschamps, van gaal, pochettino just to mention but afew.
