I don't oppose CBC it's just that the rollout ni ovyo . Whoever is pushing this to happen this way deserves to be dissolved in some form of acid never to be seen again.
I can't imagine kupeleka a class 6 pupil kwa current day secondary school. Kwani current class 7 and 8 buildings zitaenda wapi ?
