That's you are charged CIF to import vehicles/cargo. In case of such an eventuality
But you usually have the option to ship uninsured. Save afew hundred dollars. Those are the fellows who will be shitting their pants

This is most likely a commercial shipment to dealers. It's unlikely that they would dare or are permitted to exclude insurance.
