The yellow fever and other travel suggested vaccines enjoy years of research and study into its effects on the human body. They know exactly what happens in the body once you take it and that's why recently, they stopped giving the booster shots for Yellow Fever as they found it unnecessary.
The yellow fever vaccines is developed to fight a single strain of the disease unlike the covid shots which were developed for and during the initial strains. Now covid has mutated multiple times yet the jab they are issuing has not advanced.
