I heard they tamper with mileage and since the inspection is done locally by KEBS there's really no way to tell what could be wrong with the car

By time of importation the car was slightly less than 4 years old so I found the 33k plausible. It also had leather seats that were not worn or scuffed. Perhaps I was just lucky, anyhow I always seem to be
