shida ni wastage of resources na hizo agreement they made. Even kq has been getting bail outs but it's still down. same with mumias, panpaper etc. It's systematic failure. Kenya power has absolute monopoly in power distribution, they should be putting a lot of money to treasury and shareholders.
 
Kplc is one of those riddles that can't be understood. A monopoly facing loses = people stealing. It's too obvious.
If it were other countries a solution could be made but now in KE, state capture biz model.
How to solve this is a mountain in its own.

Any nation with a financially literate citizenry would have started off a riot over any planned bailouts for failed parastatals.
