BREAKING: Ruto Dismisses the Entire Cabinet

Good points but remember kq is not a parastatal but rather a private company with government shareholding, that benefits from the YEARLY consolidated fund bailouts.
Exactly chief. That's why it needs to be merged with KAA, let govt increase its shareholding if necessary, it's always been making losses anyway and differences pushed to us. Some expenses it incurs in airport parking levies can be withdrawn after all it's our official gateway to the world and Africa. Secondly, nationalizing it will give us a chance at Auditing it's accounts and fiscal discipline including tendering processes two areas that if well checked KQ will no longer need bailing out.... We actually never know how much that Airline brings in as revenue by design which is okay if it never needed bailing; somebody wants it to remain a quasi private company.

Do banks have preferential shareholding in kq?
